Vianden Castle in Luxembourg. Visiting my nephew who lives in Luxembourg, he had to take us there. The castle was once ruins, but has been completely rebuilt, somewhat similar to the current Notre Dame Cathedral...destroyed and rebuilt. I had to pull out my Leica Monochrom camera ... something about the bowels of ancient buildings, that need to be seen in black and white. Five images attached.

Big Ben, clad in scaffolding for refurbishment, or is it wrapped up to keep it warm, from the cold, damp London weather ? This must be a long term project, as it was partially clad in scaffolding when we were there a few years ago.
