When you need a quick and delicious dinner idea - pick up a rotisserie chicken from your favourite grocery store, mix with shredded cheese, cooked bacon, lettuce, tomato. You can even add other things like green onion, cilantro, avocado + toss in caesar, ranch, hot sauce or keep it simple. Lots of options! I like to use the large wraps and grill on each side.

go grab some mushrooms, garlic, butter and rosemary, fry ‘em up. Then make risotto, it takes an hour and a half or half an hour depending on if you’ve got an insta pot. Toss in some pan-seared scallops. was also able to make good use of my homemade wine
