Hey folks just popping to offer help and tips! I've been in business for almost 5 years creating custom cakes, cupcakes, and cookies for the algoma area. Have questions? I'm sure I have some answers!

After I had kids, I never expected to become a cake decorator, but as the years have gone by, I realized it's in fact something I get a lot of enjoyment out of. Each year they challenge me with a different idea for a cake and I see if I can fulfill the request! Here are some photos of cakes from over the years. I typically use the same recipe for a super rich and moist chocolate cake that I found years ago which I will include in the photos! …

We love peach pie in my house, and this is our go-to recipe!
I split the filling into 4, and make smaller pies, freezing what we're not going to eat right away.

These are an easy project and worth the effort. Great for cookie exchanges or potlucks or whatever. They stop people in their tracks.
You’ll have to source marzipan and smoked Maldon salt and don’t bother checking grocery stores or BulkBarn. I bought off of Amazon.
They are gluten and dairy free.

🥖 Does anyone make their own bread?
I'm going to try this baguette and I've also heard focaccia is a good beginner loaf...

I made this one pan cake Sunday morning. It was the perfect tea cake but didn’t last too long! I got the recipe from Bake From Scratch’s one layer cakes edition.
The whole mag has impressive sweets for whatever occasion.

At the beginning of fall, I was making big batches of these amazing coffee cake cookies.
In my latest batch, I added a pinch of cinnamon to the icing sugar—it was a game changer for the flavour!
