Here is my favourite recipe for soft, delicious and pillowy ginger"snap" cookies. No snap however in these babies!

This is a fairly easy to follow recipe that yields a good amount. Depending on the size of ball you roll you can get any where from 4 to 5 dozen cookies. I was able to get 56 today! Kid approved as my count is now down to 54 😀
