Not certain where to post this. Does anyone have local contact info for Reliance? I've been without hot water since Monday and multiple errors by the national contact centre have left me with an appointment for December 5. I just want to bypass the national centre and speak to someone here in Sault Ste Marie who can help me sort this out.
