Shout out to Prouse Motors - they called *ME* when it was time to get my winter tires installed. We booked an appointment weeks ago, so I'm not watching the snow this morning and panicking (and they're not getting slammed by people all at once either.) They were also the first to introduce me to tire storage a couple of years ago. These are two retention strategies that more businesses can use to grow: 1 - tell the client when to come back, instead of waiting for the client to realize they're overdue for an appointment (big for hairdressers, and other services too) 2 - set up a recurring revenue model instead of waiting for people to "need" something right away. Almost any business can copy these two. I write a daily directive each day, and I'll link to the breakdown of these strategies below.
