Interesting to see laser level so high on the list. Agree that a mitre saw and circular saw are two of the most handy power tools I have. You can make most cuts with just a circular saw but a mitre saw is so much quicker.

I wish I had a multitool (oscillating, not like a leatherman). I've borrowed my buddy's a few times because it's so handy for plunge or flush cuts in drywall or plaster/lath... or really just about anything.

Agree on the laser level. I just added one to my collection of tools, but did just fine without it until now. For sure it would have made things easier, but if you're not using these all the time they aren't cheap.

@Scott Elgie maybe we are just used to living in houses where 'square' is more of a feeling than an actuality

@Eric Moss Yeah, whoever built my house sure could have used a laser level. Or any kind of level.
