I'm interested to know what everyone would describe as "fitness".
For myself personally, my journey started off very focused on my physical appearance. However, as I've continued down the path of fitness it has evolved significantly to focus more on a lifestyle. Through discipline and consistency (it took years of trial and error for me to develop a fitness habit that stuck) it no longer feels like something I HAVE to do, and instead is just something I do.
