I ordered these about a month and a half ago. Adjustable leg/wrist weights. I wear them for just about every workout usually around the 5-7.5lb weight. When I go hiking or walk to work I'll beef them up to the 10lb weight.
I also like to do sit ups with them on my wrists, holding 5lb plates and do a 'wolverine claw' sort of move. A bit of a variation on the double punch you would do at the end of a sit up.
Recommend.
I'm looking into a weighted vest rn if anyone has any reccos.
