A big challenge for me (or two big challenges I suppose) when it comes to fitness and eating healthy, is getting enough protein to support the muscles I'm trying to grow... and my weakness for a lil' something sweet at the end of the day. Enter this delightful concoction: Plain yogurt mixed with peanut butter and protein powder form a mousse-like filling, and then after topping with a bit of melted semi sweet chocolate and crushed almonds, pop it in the freezer. It provides a powerful protein-packed punch and feels like a super decadent dessert.
