Join us on Saturday, April 5 at The Root for dinner, drinks and good times! Oh, and of course to celebrate all of the amazing people we have in our cycling community!
What to expect:
Start the night off socializing and getting to know your cycling community. A cash bar will be available. Dinner will be served around 6:45 pm, followed by guest speakers and then our awards ceremony. We’ll finish the night off with some games that are sure to get you out of your chair and have you laughing!! We’ll also have a silent auction set up to help raise funds to “close the loop” from Farmer Lake.

Meal Selection
Two meal options are available along with a children’s under 12 meal. Meals start with garden salad and finish with mini-cheesecake.
Option 1: Sirloin beef with yorkshire pudding and gravy, white cheddar mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. ($55) Option 2: Butternut squash ravioli in brown butter and sage sauce, topped with herbed goat cheese and garlic crostini. ($55) Children Under 12: Garden Salad, chicken fingers and mini-cheesecake. ($26) Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
Note: This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place earlier on in the day (4:30 – 5:30 pm), and then will invite ticket holders to attend the dinner portion of the night at 6:00 pm.
Tickets will NOT be available after March 28 or at the door.
