Adapted this recipe for dinner: Added mushrooms, fresh tomatoes and zucchini to give it a bit more veg. I like recipes like this that you can throw in your extra produce that needs cooking up.

Last week’s dinner hit different: Gnocchi Gorgonzola and steak for one. Simple, rich, and perfect after a long day. 🥘 Back by popular demand: Chick pea stew (quick and easy). Sauté diced onion, a pepper and garlic in a pan. Sprinkle with any seasonings (I did paprika, chili powder and cumin). Add can of coconut milk, chick peas, some tomato paste and cook through. Serve over rice, quinoa or couscous. recipe credit: marisamoore via insta

My best kept Kitchen Secret is my Chinese Wok! I use it religiously almost every day. I honestly believe that it makes everything taste better ! Delicious for lunches. 🤯Peameal Bacon made in the airfryer. Once cooled I served it thinly sliced with alittle mustard & cheddar cheese on a onion bun.
