We had the largest rainbow 🌈 trout on Sunday night! It fed 5 adults and 2 kids. Seared in cast iron and finished in the oven with a lime πŸ‹β€πŸŸ© cilantro white wine sauce 🀀, paired with wild mushroom πŸ„ risotto!

I love rainbow trout! Such a delicious and relatively easy thing to cook. I like to put spiced filets on the lowest rack in my oven under the broiler for about 25 minutes. This creates such a crisp and juicy result πŸ‘Œ
