This Middle-Eastern inspired rice bowl came together easily - I roasted Brussel sprouts, marinated then sautéd ground beef in hot mustard, garlic and honey and topped with pickled turnips.

The white drizzle is a tahini/feta mashup:

4-6 oz feta cheese
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1-2 tbsp of tahini
1 clove garlic, grated
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey

blend everything in a food processor + pour over

my only word of caution is this dinner lives or dies depending on if you over do it on the tahini. Use only a small blob or your dressing will be bitter. And so will you. 🙃
