Hi Sandy,
For the chicken (and these are all guesstimates)
1/3 cup of soy sauce
TBSP chili sauce
TBSP oyster sauce
2 TBSP fresh ginger
Thats for about 2x the amount of chicken you see above (I'd say roughly 2 cups worth)
Let it marinate in that the entire day
On a hot skillet put chicken and marinade in the pan. Move constantly, you're going to see things blacken - let them
The last 2 minutes of cooking you can add approx 2TBSP of
Some Korean Ginger chicken w gochujang.
And fried rice, but instead of rice it’s made with food processed cauliflower.
