If the price is right, definitely! 3rd spaces are important. I'd love to meet more entrepreneurs or even have a meeting space.

To be honest, I would be pretty distracted downtown.

It's definitely not for everyone, but many entrepreneurs would love to get out of their basement, or home office and work around others even for a few days a month.

Most spaces are both. It is something of value I have seen in other cities. Millworks does have co-working as well..
Curious to know how many entrepreneurs out there would be excited to work out of a downtown co-working type space? Would you consider it once a week or more?
