Per Door Grant: This grant is designed for small scale developments, offering a one time incentive for creating new housing units. It's tailored to encourage the construction of new affordable units. The important word is NEW.
The downtown core is Precinct 1 - which is favoured for the grants, that can be used on Private Freehold, or Non-For-Profit.
There are 2 & 3 Precinct but they are for Freehold Not For Profit.
