A couple of summers ago I was beyond excited to read The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides. I heard amazing things about it, saw so many 5 star reviews. It took me weeks to get through this book. And for me it was until the last 20 pages or so that I finally found the book good. I was so let down by this one. But it also goes to show you how different people see books.
