Toys where you can freeze treats inside can keep them entertained for a while.
Puzzle feeders or snuffle mats are also great. You can even make your own puzzle feeders with a cardboard box. Cut holes or doors and seal treats inside.
Also if your spending more time inside you could always practice training or learning new tricks.

Like inside fun?
Snuffle mats are great or I freeze Archie's dinner in a big kong for him with extra things like some cheese and blue berries and peanut butter all frozen together. It takes him awhile to eat it and it's a lot of mental stimulation to get all the food out.
Other than that, I play fetch down the hallway if it's too cold outside lol.
