Hmm... Specifically for cats? I'm not sure if Tiny Paws would take cats but I'm not sure who else aside from TAAG and the humane society...
You could try asking at the Cat Cafe downtown.
Other than TAAG which is a local registered place for cats, are there other places that are local & registered?
