Not sure if this is the appropriate area to post but it do es relate to health and wellness. We lived in the vicinity of Sir James Dunn High School and when it was torn down we had a significant infestation of mice in our house which took a long time to eradicate. Many of our neighbours experienced the same problem.
Now that they are demolishing the old hospital and with the many years it has remained empty I think the surrounding neighbourhoods may experience the same thing.

I hope the city building department and algoma public health keeps on top of this. Any problem with rodents should be reported.
