As a result of the collective effort of 15 local organizations, led by CMHA Algoma, Mental Health & Addiction Services, Sault Ste. Marie has secured funding for one of nine HART Hubs in the province.
Securing a HART Hub will allow Social Services in partnership with local organizations, to enhance local resources to address homelessness and addictions, providing more integrated services, resources, and supports to bridge the gap between homelessness, housing stability and recovery.
Maamwesying North Shore Community Health Services were also approved for a HART Hub, bringing further supports to our Indigenous Peoples in the community and along the north shore. ❤️
