Viva La Velorution!
We made it safely to Cuba and had a shakedown ride to get my partner Steve Sachro some time to adjust. Since he has never been here nor travelled with a bike before it was a sensory overload. For so many reasons Cuba is a bike travelling paradise with great weather, great scenery, friendly people and very little traffic. The network of casa particular makes it easy to find accommodations and travel anywhere. They are listed on Airbnb and have great value. Tomorrow we ride the Varadero peninsula with its fantastic beaches.
