Pinarello Time Trial bike:
Of course, what I was really interested in were the rippled front facing elements, along the front of seat tube and seat post, first used on their Hour Record track bike. The undulated surface disturbs the airflow at those points, reducing the aero drag of the machine, just like modern day 'dimples' on cycling jerseys, etc.

Also note the bar extensions are mounted very high and angled upwards, creating a 'praying mantis' position.

Very cool and VERY expensive !
