Cycling's most watched Podcast, the GCN Show (Global Cycling Network) aired last night and in the initial summary of that episode's contents, started with the "trouble in Canada". Most of the show was dedicated to how cycling lanes save lives and reduce automobile congestion, then they touched on Ontario's ban of new cycling lanes and the removal of existing ones and the huge cost to the taxpayer to remove existing ones. Considering this show originates out of the UK, they fully understood the implications and pointed out, very negatively, the Province's absolving themselves from being sued for any future deaths of cyclists or pedestrians due their measures.
