Remembering the the owner of Mike’s Lunch, the venerable Mike Rinaldi. A kind man who would provide work opportunities to many, the likes of Angelo Guzzo, Max Grandinetti, his mother and her entire family. Under Mike’s guidance they would become the best short order cooks in town. Mike was a passionate Ford Lincoln Continental Guy. In the evenings you would see his Lincolns parked in front of the restaurant with him and his patrons sitting outside watching the many classic cars cruising Queen.
