PLANES, TRAINS and AUTOMOBILES..........
The Canadian Bushplane Heritage Center has been an anchor tourist attraction in Sault Ste. Marie for many years

Recently the Train Station moved from its former Bay Street location to the Canal District. Not only did the station move but local businessman and owner of the Canal District, Tony Porco built a new home for the train now famously known as "Agawa Canyon Tour Train Station" .

Fast Forward a few years into the future, Sault Ste. Marie will have its very own Automobile Museum, another vision that Tony Porco will be bringing into reality. It will be built across the street from the Canal District where the Old Fish Hatchery is presently located. The Museum will complement the theme of the Canal District and of building's architecture. And It will backstop the annual Classic Car shows that are held at the Canal District every summer.

Each one of these tourist attractions are great in their own right but as a group they have the potential to bring in thousands more visitors and Classic Cars to the Sault.

The Automobile Museum, the Agawa Canyon Train and the Bushplane Museum reminds me of the Movie title "Planes, Trains and Automobiles", a title that has a nice ring to it and is most appropriate to describe the three attractions.
