In preparation for my upcoming dinner party with friends, I clearly wanted to make my life even harder and make some hostess gifts for my guests to take home. So I decided to challenge myself a bit and make all of my guests homemade butter! Three different flavours; apricot & honey, cinnamon sugar and just plain sea salt! It always amazes me how one little jug of whipping cream can turn into such tasty butter! I did take it one step further and cut them out into little Christmas themed shapes, now I just have to figure out how to wrap them :/
