I bet it smelled amazing!! and your scoring is so so good. Did you use just a knife or like one of those bread scoring tools?

Very nice! I've been making sourdough bread on and off since the pandemic started (cliche, I know) and it's very satisfying when it turns out so well!
This is the first time I have been able to successfully make a sourdough loaf! I was so excited seeing it turn out in my hear shaped dutch oven. :)
