I have a daughter who is *extremely* picky so I baked bread and muffins this week to try improve her lunches.
Any tips for making white bread that passes the taste test for a 9 year old but sneaks in some healthy stuff?
The muffins were a success- they have Greek yogurt & I subbed half the flour for ground oatmeal. 🥳🥳🥳
