Well, Bill commented in a post i had in home improvments, on my comment i am a novice handman, and if i had any wood related things, to post in here so, here we go!

I am in the process of removing carpet and installing solid hardwood flooring.

Learned a bit from when I did a living room about 15 plus years ago.

First and last few rows needed patience, as could not use nail gun.

In those days, i only had a circular saw and a hand saw, cuts were not as clean.

My ends were inconsistent length as i did not follow 'measure twice, cut once'

This time, with right tools, and more patience, it went better...

Couple Pics of room 1 neear start and finish.

Room 2 is done and room 3 is shown completed last night. Not sure how long it 'should' take but about 11 hours for 120 sq ft, with a couple short breaks and setup time and tidy up time. I am not built for this!

Living room will do over long weekend!

Pics not working for me in this section for some reason, sorry. Worked elsewhere here but teels me tonremove erronous photos
