If you're anything like my family, finding something that everyone likes to eat can be a challenge. Especially when you have 2 picky eaters. Well I found a simple dinner or even an appetizer for you. Burger Bites with homemade "Big Mac sauce".
To make the burger bites, you need 1 lb ground beef, one box of Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix and about 2 cups of shredded cheese (we use marble cheese). Mix everything together (minus the butter seasoning packet) in a large bowl (I add about a 1/4 cup of melted garlic butter to help mix everything together), form into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 mins. Once done baking, mix up that seasoning packet and brush over the burger bites and enjoy.
To make the "Big Mac Sauce", mix together 1/2 cup mayo, 2 tablespoons sweet relish, 2 teaspoons yellow mustard, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and a splash of pickle juice. Add a teaspoon of ketchup to sweeten it up if you like it sweeter. I would prepare this prior and leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours before pairing it with your burger bites.
