BRIDGE THEME: Took this a few years back on my first (and so far, only) attempt to photograph star trails. I soon realized that there was too much light pollution to make this successful, but I still don't hate how this turned out. This is a 15-minute exposure. I was in a far more remote and dark location previous to this, but I heard noises in the bush and left before I got attacked by a bear or serial killer. LOL

A weather system crossed Batchawana Bay this morning resulting in a huge seiche and multiple thunderstorms. (Third Post of June 19th 2025 - 4 Photos) - The Sunset from Havilland Shores Drive Over Batchawana Bay Thursday June 19th, 2025. The sky became partly cloudy to mostly cloudy as we got closer and closer to sunset time making for a dramatic sunset. Hope all had a good day. Back again in the morning.

Wild and free . . .
Lupine flowers can now be seen throughout Sault Ste. Marie and area. These flowers are a pretty vibrant purple, pink, and blue.

Its planting time on the farm so some rain would be nice A little wind would be helpful as well since the mosquitoes are literally swarming making it difficult to get some of these night shots.

A person had to be up early this morning to see colour in the sky as we have a huge fog bank blanketing most of Batchawana Bay. A bit of lifting happened at sunrise time giving us a glimpse of the sun.
