@Barb Thibault I had reached out to those I thought may know more contacts and they told me they reached out to a rehabber about it. I hope that they have tried to find the poor soul.
I have the Pidgeon here in my 2nd bedroom storage room, she's been eating and drinking very well. But I have no where to put her down to see why she couldn't fly.

MacDonald Avenue 600 block area. He can't fly, looks like the long tip feather from 1 wing is missing
She's eating and drinking very well, poop is nice and green. But my cat has figured out that there's something in our 2nd bedroom storage room.

@Barb Thibault husband knows about these things he did warn that green may indicate damage to liver also if it isn't otherwise injured and is only missing feathers, they grow back and it was actually as an adult best off returned to where it was found
Is there anyone that has the resources to take care of an injured Pidgeon, and then return him here when he is able to fly again so he can rejoin his flock?
