Good question, Eric. It's really hard to say if the business dealings of Nels Moxness will impact his son's apartment building project at the old Red Cross property. Neither Nels nor Mathew are speaking to SooToday.
I was finally able to finally write this article after sitting on the court documents for more than three weeks. You know, I would do more of this sort of stuff if I actually had the time. I think it's worthwhile work.
