My wife successfully got some to grow in our yard. She collected the seeds in the fall, then kept them in the freezer until the spring, when they were planted.
DAY 1 - sowed the milkweed seeds today after they spent a few weeks in a damp paper towel in my fridge. They can take anywhere from 10 to 15 days to start germinating, so fingers crossed I get some plants in a few weeks and I can update with some photos 😊 they will live in my kitchen window sill so they can recieve the most amount of sunlight.
