How do you like to jazz up your instant noodles?

Today I've added sesame oil, soy sauce, parsley and some ginger! if I have some on hand, I'll add some frozen veggies.

I slice up a hard boiled egg and some green onion for the top and feel like Gordon Ramsay the whole time doing it.

If I’m boiling the water on the stove - I’ll crack an egg into it. Either drizzling the beaten egg over a fork or just dropping the whole egg in to poach. Not feeling like Gordon Ramsay - but feeling full with the added protein…

Pro (aka Asian) tip: toss out the water you boil the noodles in then add the seasoning packet to fresh boiled (kettle) water for a cleaner noodle experience.

When my four kids were young, I would add ramen noodles to regular canned soup. They lived the taste and it was enough to fill four small bellies for lunch.
