Hello fellow DIY-ers my name is Alexa and I am one of the hosts of this crafting space! I have always been drawn to crafting, especially sewing and knitting. My latest challenge is trying to teach myself to crochet. So any helpful tips/tricks would be appreciated! I am excited to share my latest projects and see what everyone else is creating! I spent the weekend crafting with friends. Created this sign using my cricut. I used vinyl for the words and a stencil and paint for Santa's sleigh and reindeer.

What sort of crafty/homemade gifts is everyone working on for Christmas? My kids are too young to see this so I can post these :)

My most recent foray into a hobby is laser cutting/engraving. I started with a entry-level machine but discovered very soon that it was not enough. I have used it primarily for wood, but I am just starting to use it for leather, glass, ceramic, slate, vinyl, and stainless steel.
