Oh wow! Did you notice any real difference with the cornstarch?

I didn’t notice a difference but online chatter seems to say the two ingredients aren’t interchangeable. They were definitely chewy - that might have been the extra starch 😬
go-to chocolate chip cookies - I accidentally used cornstarch instead of baking powder. But they still turned out 👌🍪
