After I had kids, I never expected to become a cake decorator, but as the years have gone by, I realized it's in fact something I get a lot of enjoyment out of. Each year they challenge me with a different idea for a cake and I see if I can fulfill the request! Here are some photos of cakes from over the years. I typically use the same recipe for a super rich and moist chocolate cake that I found years ago which I will include in the photos! (You will see a note from my daughter at the bottom cautioning against using this recipe for cupcakes, because if you do, you'll end up with A LOT!)
