Gravlax with beets and horseradish was on the menu at Ernie’s last night. I’m a sucker for cured meat and this salmon was delicious! Gravlax is a Nordic dish and the salmon is traditionally cured with salt, sugar and dill. The texture is softer than smoked salmon. Has anyone else tried this dish?
